Loyalty Program Rebrand

During my Brand Experience Manager role at Fleet Farm in 2024, I had the opportunity to collaborate with the team and lead the refresh of many of our marketing materials for the Fleet Rewards loyalty program. With new offers and a revitalized branding strategy, our main goal was to establish stronger connections with our loyal customers. Through effective teamwork, we successfully relaunched Fleet Rewards in 47 stores and developed unique marketing strategies for two test stores. As a result of this collective effort, we were able to improve the program significantly, better meeting customer needs and driving heightened loyalty and engagement.

Store Signage

I led the launch of the store signage package for both base and test stores in this program. From conceptualization to execution, I ensured seamless oversight, working closely with printers to maintain budget adherence and uphold quality standards. Additionally, post-signage finalization, I collaborated with store operations to develop a comprehensive memo instructing on effective signage execution.

Website Design & Integration

I played a pivotal role in redesigning the Fleet Rewards website, collaborating with the ecommerce team to enhance user experience and visual appeal. By designing intuitive interfaces and seamlessly integrating images and content, we created a compelling online platform that effectively showcased the program's benefits and offerings.

Social & Digital Ads

Along with the website launch, I also led the development of social media and digital ad assets for the Fleet Rewards relaunch, collaborating closely with other members of the marketing team to schedule content. This involved designing posts for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, as well as creating gas station TV ads, Google demand ads, and more.
